System Audit
A two-day course which aims to ensure that auditors are
trained to identify objective evidence of compliance or non-compliance
against specified requirements and to produce a clear report detailing
problems and showing agreed corrective actions. Properly conducted
audits are recognized as a key element in the implementation and
surveillance of quality management systems and trained auditors are
requirement of ISO 9000 standard.
In order to concentrate on the practical aspects of
auditing, this course does not cover the requirements of the ISO 9000
series of standards in detail. A good working knowledge of the
standard is required for the practical exercises. Any delegates
new to the subject are therefore recommended to attend our
"Understanding of ISO 9000 standard requirements" before
attending this course.
